Refund policy
Returns and right of withdrawal
We offer two return options:
1) Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (for orders delivered to the EU/EEA, and where similar rules apply). This applies to all products, including razors, merchandise, and accessories.
2) Voluntary 30-day razor return (Nord Razors policy). This applies to razors only and does not limit your statutory rights.
Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. To withdraw, notify us (e.g., by email) within the 14-day period. After you notify us, you must return the goods within 14 days. You pay the return shipping cost, unless we agreed otherwise or we failed to inform you in advance that you must pay it.
Refunds: we refund all payments received, including outbound delivery costs up to our least expensive standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery option (e.g., express), the surcharge is not refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
If mandatory withdrawal information is not provided before purchase, the withdrawal period may be extended (up to 12 months after the original deadline).
Voluntary 30-day return for razors (Nord Razors policy)
You may request a return of a razor within 30 days of delivery. This is a voluntary policy offered by Nord Razors.
To be eligible, the razor must be returned in the same condition as received, with all parts included and in the original packaging.
This voluntary policy may exclude sale items and gift cards. It does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
Import duties and taxes
Import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges paid by the customer to customs authorities, carriers, or other third parties are not refunded by Nord Razors. Where any refund of such charges is available, it must be requested by the customer directly from the relevant third party.
Diminished value
When you withdraw, you may inspect the product as you would in a store. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may deduct such diminished value from your refund.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US FOR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. OTHERWISE, ADDITIONAL TARIFFS AND DUTIES MAY ARISE, AND NORD RAZORS WILL NOT COVER OR REFUND SUCH CHARGES UNLESS APPROVED IN ADVANCE.
