Shipping policy

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in your order confirmation. We typically process and dispatch orders within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. During vacation periods, public holidays, peak order volumes, or other exceptional circumstances, processing time may be longer. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Shipping availability is shown at checkout. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend shipping to certain countries or regions where legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements make fulfillment impracticable or disproportionate (for example, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations). If we cannot ship your order to the delivery address, we may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you when you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier.
